From that point on, we coordinate all activities necessary to complete the work: architectural and systems design, administrative procedures, work planning, site management, supplies, and finishes.
The client always maintains control over the main design choices, while our team handles the organization and operational execution.

We frequently manage projects for clients who cannot be present daily at the construction site or who reside outside of Sicily.
For this reason, we have structured our service to allow the project's progress to be followed remotely.
Through a dedicated contact person, photographic and video documentation, periodic updates, and remote meetings, the client can monitor the progress of the works and participate in the most important decisions without having to be constantly present on-site.
